The most common problem encountered in the use of multi-needle sewing machines is stitch skipping. Frequent stitch skipping will seriously affect the quality of the product.
1. thread the thread correctly. Incorrect threading will cause problems such as skipped stitches, thread breakage, and inconsistent stitches. Under the premise of beautiful stitches, the needle thread and looper thread should keep the lowest tension, and the needle should use UO113GS 14#-16#. Adjusting the looper and needle
Straight needles and curved needles should be fully inserted into the bottom of the looper seat at the top of the straight needle needle holder when installing, and the gap between the tip of the looper and the side of the needle should be kept at 0-0.1 mm. The distance should be kept at 2.5-3 mm. The needle rises from the bottom dead center, and the looper starts to hook the thread. When the tip of the looper coincides with the center line of the needle, the tip of the looper should be 1.5-2 mm above the needle hole.
2. Adjustment of the spool lever
The thread lever should keep the plane upward, and when the head of the thread lever moves to the center of the needle, the distance between the thread lever and the needle should be 0.5 mm. When the looper hooks the needle thread and the thread lever starts to draw the thread, carefully adjust the thread lever so that it can smoothly enter the loop of the looper The gap between the tip of the needle is in the range of 0.1-0.2 mm, and it is advisable to just not touch the curved needle during actual adjustment.
3. The most adjustment of the needle thread
When the needle descends to the bottom dead center, make the eye of the needle bar thread passing hook flush with the thread amount adjusting rod. If you want the needle thread loop to be larger, move the thread amount adjustment lever upward, otherwise, move the thread amount adjustment lever downward.
4. Adjustment of looper thread
When using chemical fiber thread, the position of the looper thread hook can be adjusted up and down, so that the distance between the looper thread lever and the eye of the thread hook is 7-8 mm when the looper thread lever is at the bottom.
The above adjustment methods are only for readers' reference, and should be based on actual conditions during maintenance. Use one or more methods to solve.
