The repair method of the jump stitch is the same as the repair method of the jump stitch of the sewing machine. The paper liner on the stretcher is dig and opened to the needle plate, respectively. When the spindle dial is 80°, 140°, 200°, the two fronts of the hook are loosened. Screws, lower the needle bar to check the synchronization time of the hook, and whether the gap between the needle and the tip is normal. Adjustment method: Rotate the main shaft. When the needle eye is exposed 1/3~1/2 (at an angle of 45° to the platen), whether the spindle is between 201°±3°, the tip of the hook is covered by the needle. The tip of the shuttle is between 0.5 and 0.7 mm above the needle hole (Fig. 1).

Check that the gap A between the needle and the tip is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm, and tighten the screw slightly. Change the color to the last stitch to check whether the gap A between the needle and the tip is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm (Fig. 2). After the position is the same, tighten the screw.

(1) Before adjusting the hook synchronization time, make sure that the needle, the black rubber bottom dead center, the needle bar upper/lower dead point, the hook thread front and back clearance, and the A gap are correct.

(2) The adjustment of the hook synchronization time and the gap between the needle and the tip are synchronized.

(3) The gap between the needle and the hook changes the thickness of the fabric and the thickness of the embroidery thread. For example, when the fabric is relatively thin and the thin thread is used, the general gap A is 0.1 mm, and the A is 0.2 to 0.3 mm for the three-dimensional embroidery and the thick cloth.

(4) When the size of the needle is greatly different, for example, when changing from 9# needle to 14# needle, the gap between the needle and the tip changes, and appropriate adjustment should be made at this time.
